My courses are an exploration of consciousness through our body. Our body as a tool of perception and our body has a revelation of who we are. The classes are created for everyone, whether you are just stepping in your healing journey or whether you are an advanced practitioner. We are all equal towards the unknown and each other.

I believe healing is about knowing and accepting who we are. I believe we can reconnect to our body as a tool of perception of our eco-system & an organ of nature, refining our intuition and sensitivity & developing autonomy on our healing journey.

All this by learning about holding space, boundaries non-invasive touch & ethics of healing, as well as discovering our inner landscape by feeling and communicating with our own physiology.

what is it ?

A fusion of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, pure biodynamic work, and Symbolic Language—a form of archetypal psychology that speaks to the wisdom within.

The Art of Deep Listening and Touch

“Biodynamic” means attuning to the intelligence of life itself—the body, the breath, the unseen forces shaping our existence. “Touch” is the meeting point of two awarenesses: yours and another’s, yours and nature’s. A moment of presence in the unknown.

Touch begins before contact—with awareness, boundaries, and invitation. It is an unfolding dialogue, a conversation with space, with sensation, with what wants to emerge.

An Immersion in the Living Field

These classes are both a retreat and a training, depending on how you wish to receive them. They are an immersion in the evolving intelligence of consciousness, explored through the body and the unseen field that unites us all.

We cultivate awareness of our sacred space, our fluid body, and our physiology. We deepen our presence, refine our capacity to listen, and explore the relational dynamics between self and other.

In the end, what makes a skilled facilitator—whether therapist, teacher, guide, or healer—is not what we know, but how deeply we listen. The safety and spaciousness we offer are a reflection of our own journey.

We first learn about ourselves. Then we hold space for others to become who they truly are.

The Three Levels of Exploration

Each level is a deepening journey into Body-Consciousness.

Level 1 - Sacred Space: Awareness of space

The foundation of all healing is trust.

In this first level, we refine our awareness of space, learning to listen to the subtle language of the body and nature. This is where we meet true boundaries—not just physical, but energetic and relational.

We explore the embryological origins of the body—where life first organizes itself. By recreating the conditions of deep safety, we allow the intelligence of the field to emerge and unfold naturally.

We cultivate:

    •    The art of listening without interfering

    •    Awareness of subtle space and energetic boundaries

    •    Perceptual skills rooted in the biodynamic approach

    •    An understanding of healing dynamics and energetic anatomy

This is where we learn how to hold space—for ourselves, for others, for what wants to arise.

Level 2 - Inner Space: Awareness of Fluids

We enter the inner tides of the body, where life takes shape.

This level explores the fluid intelligence of the body—the forces that shaped us in the womb and continue shaping us now. We look at how our impressions of the world were formed—how we adapted, what we held, and what we believed we needed to be.

Who would I have become if I had been free to unfold according to my inner dream?

This module brings us into:

    •    The ventricular space of the brain and cerebrospinal fluid

    •    The mid-tide and long-tide of the body’s fluid movements

    •    The foundational principles of Craniosacral Therapy

    •    A deepened connection to the fluid body as a space of transformation

This is a journey into the waters of our being—where memory, possibility, and presence merge.

Level 3 - As above so below: Awareness of structures

Here, we integrate. We stand in our verticality—anchored, embodied, whole.

This level explores the structures of the body as an expression of consciousness. We look at how membranes, diaphragms, and bones hold the story of our unfolding, and how we carry transformation into daily life.

    •    How do I hold myself in the world?

    •    How do I embody what I have come to know?

    •    How does structure support fluidity and flow?

We explore:

    •    The body’s diaphragms and membranes, from feet to cranium

    •    The symbolism of structures and their role in integration

This is the space where presence becomes embodiment.

A Retreat, A Training, A Space of Transformation

Each 7-day immersion begins with meditation—grounding awareness, setting the intention to listen, feel, and open.

The experience is a balance of theoretical teachings, hands-on practice, group sharing, and guided inquiry.

Graduates of Level 1 and beyond can join our online student community, Symbiosis, for continued connection and support.

is it for me ?

If you have a body, this course is for you.

No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to listen.

Whether you are a yoga teacher, meditator, therapist, healer, facilitator, space holder, parent, educator, or simply someone drawn to deeper listening, these classes offer an embodied approach to presence, touch, and relational intelligence.

We gather to explore how life moves through us, how our histories, memories, and experiences shape our being, and how we can meet ourselves and others with more depth and authenticity.

Each group forms a unique microcosm of the world—an intimate field of 8-12 people, where each journey is one-of-a-kind.

Level 1 is the gateway to all further levels.

It is an entry point into self-healing, an enhancement for those already in practice, and a returning ground for advanced practitioners. There is always more to discover—each time, a new unfolding.

Our own healing is essential if we wish to hold space for others.

Feel into your heart. If this calls to you, the space is here.

We will cover

Perceptual skills

The field is highly complex.  We will learn to perceive the body on multiple levels of organization -- physical, fluids and energetic. In turn, these skills will become foundational for therapeutic use. We will familiarize ourselves with mid-tide, fulcrums, primal orientation, embryological forces and living anatomy.

Contact skills

In order to listen to subtle motions and information contained within the body mind, we need to develop presence and body awareness. Knowledge of physiology and anatomy will enhance your awareness. Learning how to listen with your hands while creating a safe touch enhances the relationship with physiology.

Relational field

This work is relational in essence and therefore developing the presence we bring into the  treatment space is of the utmost importance. We will learn the steps required to deepen our presence, hold space, to listen and to be. 99% of the work happens through the unseen and the unknown. Your ability to remain present while in the unknown is the essence of this work.

Therapeutic skills

Being a compassionate skilled listener is something we can all develop. We will explore how to respond to the variety of situations arising in a clinical setting, from relational issues between therapist and patient to handling trauma release.

The importance of the group

Each class is a unique field of healing, never to be repeated again, generated according to who feels called to each specific retreat. There is a reason behind why we come together in a specific group and this reason will become apparent through the sessions that will take place and an active part of how the class unfolds. Each module is like a large session unfolding through which we become indissociable parts of the whole and during which our individual symptoms become guidance towards others and those of others becomes pointers of our own. This collective component is indissociable of an individual's health. Sacred space unites our individual trajectories.

Acceptance

What is healing ? It is often associated with "changing" what we wish would change: "Wanting something we do not have or removing something we do not wish to have". I suggest a totally different approach, what if healing is a profound acceptance of what is ? Accepting what happened to us and more importantly, accepting where it leads us in our future.

The unknown

From my experience, what we think we know always end up collapsing one day or another. Knowledge is useful but will never be more important than our ability to listen. You can spend your whole life adding knowledge only to see it disappear one day like a sand castle on the beach facing an uprising tide. Trying to hold on a sense of self or a body of knowledge as an unchanging truth is bound to fail. We do not know how the universe works, but that doesn't stop us from creating and maintaining a relationship to it, opening a space to hear it communicate with you. There is a language to this unknown and we can all learn it.

Boundaries

Meeting proper boundaries is another crucial step and our responsibility as a therapist or as a healthy individual within any given relationship. In these classes we will learn how to create a space where true boundaries can be discovered first, then met. A true connection to self starts with a recognition of our own boundaries. There is no healing without true boundaries. Period. It is impossible to connect to someone if their true boundaries isn't recognized and honoured.

Time and Space

We will also discover and explore the connection between time and healing space, between the past and the future, and the impact of our calendar upon our awareness and understanding of time. It is vital that the space we hold can transcend the limitation of time and space.

Family Constellation

From time to time, the teachings and principles of family constellation will become a guiding principles of a session or could be necessary to understand some principles of healing. Even if it's not a class specifically on family constellation, it is a beautiful addition to it.
